The starter sounds like it is not disengaging once the engine starts. Will need a new starter
The right front tire pressure sensor has failed.
The fluid leaking is coolant. Pressure tested the cooling system and found the upper radiator hose clamp is not tight. Tightened the clamp and retest the cooling system. System is holding pressure.
